As a Canadian who has lived in London, Melbourne, Brooklyn, and Nashville, I have an informed international perspective on briefs which has amplified my fascination with people and culture, what drives and divides us, and how we relate to each other–especially through tone-of-voice, sociolinguistics and design–all of which is what originally attracted me to communication design.

Applying my innate curiosity, I'm a proven facilitator between designers and sr. management, effecting a tight creative brief and a shared enthusiasm for the brand's possibilities. Accessing consumer core values and using diverse strategies has enabled me to lead product innovation and develop portfolios for some of the world's largest brands. In connecting deeper, human truths to consumer materials, brands allow customers to physically engage with popular culture.

TLDR; I aim to futureproof brands by creating value beyond material by ingraining culture into a product–rather than it being something that is at best a momentary distraction and at worst an irritation.
